Gift vouchers

• Vouchers are available in £15, £20 and £25 values.
• Each voucher is valid for six months from its purchase date. The expiry date will be shown on the voucher.
• Vouchers are single use only and must be surrendered or validated when redeemed.
• A voucher must be used in one transaction. No cash or voucher balance will be given for any unused amount.
• Vouchers may be redeemed against food and drink purchased at Wheldrakes, subject to availability and our normal opening hours.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another voucher.
• Please keep the voucher code secure. Wheldrakes cannot accept responsibility for a voucher used by someone else after its code has been shared.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Visa, Mastercard and American Express online payments are processed securely by Dojo. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Digital vouchers are sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Please check the details carefully. Café-collection vouchers will be available from Wheldrakes during opening hours after payment is confirmed.

Refund and cancellation policy

If you change your mind, contact us promptly and before the voucher is redeemed. Refund requests for online purchases will be handled in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law. A voucher cannot be refunded after it has been redeemed. If a voucher is faulty, was supplied incorrectly, or does not arrive, contact us so we can investigate and put matters right.

General

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
